He’s not just a guide — he’s a fisherman, a hunter, a teacher, and a storyteller who knows these waters and woods better than most people know their own backyard.
For hog hunts, Butch offers private, safe, fully guided experiences with no competition and no pressure — just you, your group, and an unforgettable day outdoors.
On the lake, he’s well-known for finding the biggest catfish in Lake Fork, and he loves sharing those hotspots with his clients. Whether you’re an experienced angler or someone casting a line for the first time, Butch makes sure the day is fun, relaxed, and memorable from the first cast to the last.
He provides everything you need — boat, gear, bait, cooler space, and plenty of stories — but you’re always welcome to bring your own equipment and snacks, too.
